The Year In Review - 2022

While the majority of home visits were uneventful, here is a sampling of some of the surprises of 2022. Glad I was there to catch them! This does not even include any pictures from Hurricane Ian.

Rotting potatoes left in pantry

Water leak from failed ice maker connection

Water stain from deteriorating wax ring on second level toilet

Water droplet from freezer low on refrigerant

Neighbor's pool pump leaking and flowing into my customer's yard

AC coil frozen due to fan circuit board failure
