STANDARD HOME WATCH PACKAGE
VISUAL INSPECTIONS OF YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY SEARCHING FOR OBVIOUS ISSUES
Exterior:
  • Signs of forced entry or damage
  • Door and window security
  • Storm or wind damage
  • Roof and gutter visible condition
  • Exterior lighting operation
  • Signs of water intrusion
  • Irrigation system operation or issues
  • Lawn and landscape condition
  • Evidence of pest or insect activity
  • Pool area general condition (if applicable)
  • Collect leaflets, newspapers, junk mail and fliers
Interior:
  • Proper temperature/humidity and air conditioning operation
  • Signs of water leaks or moisture
  • Plumbing fixture leaks
  • Water heater condition
  • Electrical panel and breaker status
  • Appliance condition
  • Signs of humidity related problems
  • Pest or insect activity
  • Alarm system and smoke detector status 
  • Overall interior condition and security
  • I also run water in sinks, flush toilets, and check for any abnormal sounds, smells, or conditions.
