HOME WATCH INSPECTION REPORTS

HOME WATCH INSPECTION REPORTS ARE EMAILED TO HOMEOWNERS.
REPORTS CAN PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FOR YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY VERIFYING THAT YOUR HOME IS REGULARLY WATCHED.  TO ENSURE COVERAGE, SOME INSURANCE COMPANIES REQUIRE SEASONAL HOMES BE VISUALLY INSPECTED AT LEAST ONCE EVERY 14 DAYS (TWO WEEKS).

STANDARD HOME WATCH PACKAGE
VISUAL INSPECTIONS OF YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY SEARCHING FOR OBVIOUS ISSUES
Exterior:
  • Security check for locked windows and doors
  • Check for signs of forced entry or vandalism
  • Visual inspection of lawn, landscaping and irrigation services
  • Check for obvious visual damage to roof (shingles/tiles), gutters, house and property
  • Visually inspect for water and storm damage
  • Collect leaflets, newspapers, junk mail and fliers
  • Visually inspect that pool and spa service is maintained
  • Visually Inspect pool cage and deck area 
  • Turn on and off main water valve
  • Visually inspect light posts, mailbox and fences for damage
  • Assist with HOA notices regarding exterior appearance maintenance
  • General garage inspection for secure doors and windows
Interior:
  • Check doors, windows and sliders for visible water leaks and to ensure they are secured
  • Flush and brush toilets
  • Run faucets, check garbage disposal and dishwasher (run rinse cycle monthly) for proper functioning
  • Check for signs of insects or pests
  • Verify thermostat and dehumidistat settings per request
  • Measure humidity levels and check for early stages of mold or mildew
  • Ensure curtains and blinds are closed per request
  • Inspect refrigerators, freezers and wine coolers for proper cooling
  • Visually check circuit panel for tripped breakers
  • Visually check that smoke detectors are in good working order
  • Visually inspect water heater for leaks and ac air handlers for proper operation

  • Assisting with housekeeping services before you arrive, when you depart or periodically while you are away
  • Key holder for household services and repairs
  • Security alarm contact person to inspect property after activated alarms
  • Meeting furniture deliveries and assisting with placement
  • Arranging for vehicles to be washed and detailed
  • Stocking your kitchen with requested household groceries before your next visit
